Our Self-Discharge Type Knockout cum Feeder, featuring vibratory motor technology (Inline Feeder), is engineered to deliver high-amplitude vibrations and effective linear motion for the efficient removal of sand from mould boxes and castings. As the castings move forward with the vibratory motion, the sand is thoroughly separated, and the castings are automatically discharged. To ensure smooth and reliable operation, we integrate a proprietary technology that precisely controls the vibration and eliminates harmful harmonic resonance. Harmonic distortion can, potentially lead to structural damage such as cracks in the machine body. We are the only manufacturer in the market utilizing this advanced proprietary vibration control system.
