Punch Out Machine
Description
Our punch-out machines are specially designed to easily knock out the mould from mould boxes. This unit automatically takes the mould boxes from the Track line to the knockout machine and then a punch head device applies forces over the mould to separates the mould sand from mould boxes. The mould boxes are cleaned during the punchout operation and placed back on the mould car automatically. Hydro-mechanical drive technology gives a fast and smooth knock-out operation in every cycle.
