A Continuous Sand Mixer is a critical component in No-Bake moulding systems, designed to ensure consistent and homogeneous mixing of sand with chemical binders and catalysts. This system enables high-quality mould and core production with precise control over material ratios and mixing consistency.
The mixer is integrated with a sand gate-controlled feeding unit that delivers a uniform and continuous flow of reclaimed, fresh, or blended sand. This consistent feed rate is essential for maintaining a stable sand-to-chemical ratio throughout the mixing process.
Chemical injection occurs at the mixer inlet via variable flow metering pumps, which are governed by servo-controlled variable frequency drives (VFDs). This ensures high-accuracy dosing of binders and hardeners, minimizing material wastage while maximizing binder efficiency and mould strength.
The mixing chamber is engineered for efficient blending, minimizing cycle time, and producing a uniformly coated sand mix with excellent workability and improved final casting surface finish. Continuous Mixer is designed with an easily removable mixing shaft, which carries replaceable high wear-resistant mixing blades. Inside of Mixer is lined with ceramic tiles to avoid sand sticking.

Our Compaction Tables are engineered specifically for No-Bake moulding lines to deliver uniform compaction of moulding sand and ensure consistent sand hardness throughout the mould. Equipped with precision vibrators that generate perfectly unidirectional vibrations—perpendicular to the compaction surface—these machines offer adjustable amplitude control to suit various casting complexities. The robust construction and fine-tuned vibration system eliminates air gaps, enhances sand-to-pattern contact, and improves overall mould integrity. Designed for seamless integration with our Continuous Sand Mixers, our compaction tables enable synchronized sand filling and compaction, resulting in improved productivity, higher moulding accuracy, and a superior casting surface finish.
