Description
SSEC manufactures continuous mixer for No-bake process of moulding. Continuous mixer’s sand feeding unit is connected to the sand gate system which will ensure the uniform and consistent flow of reclaimed sand / fresh and blended sand. Chemicals are injected in entry point of the mixer with special variable flow pumps. These pumps are controlled by Servo variable frequency drives for higher accuracy of chemical to be injected to the sand for mixing.
Continuous Mixer is designed with easily removable of mixing shaft which carries replaceable high wear resistant mixing blades. Inside of Mixer is lined with ceramic tiles to avoid sand sticking.

Compaction Table
Description
SSEC Compaction Tables are used in No-Bake moulding lines for uniform compaction of the Mould and ensuring uniform sand hardness. The vibrators cause a perfect unidirectional vibration, perpendicular to the vibrating surface, the amplitude of which is adjusted according to the complexity of the castings. The machine can be integrated with the continuous mixer to provide adequate results.
- Special anti-wear hard rubber spring ensures a low noise level.
- Compaction table size available from 600 X 800 to 1500 X 2000mm.
- High-efficiency pneumatic shock-absorbing devices, prevent the vibrations from being transmitted.
- Pressure switch stops the machine operation in case of low pressure.
