SSEC specially designed Manipulators are versatile for handle, mould boxes and mould cakes in No-Bake moulding system. These advanced manipulators are built with rigid hydraulic cylinder with an automatic adjustable pressure sensor, to roll over of heavy weighted cake moulds and box moulds. Hydraulic powered rolling motors are used to roll ever of cake moulds and box moulds.
Hydraulic Manipulators
These advanced manipulators are built with robust hydraulic actuators with an automatic adjustable pressure sensor, to roll over heavy cake moulds and box moulds. Hydraulically powered motors are used to roll the moulds.
Electric Manipulators
Electric manipulators are built with direct drive geared motors; these manipulators are suitable for, handling low-weight mould cakes and mould boxes.
Both Hydraulic and Electric manipulators are coupled with gripping Pads which ensure perfect clamping.
