Twin Cabin Shot Blasting Machine

SSEC manufacture future machine for surface finishing, with Twin cabin hanger type shot blasting machines. These advanced designed machines are good in surface finish, surface treatment, descaling of components and demanding of castings. With its compact design, this machine does not require any special founda¬tions. The main revolving blast chamber consists of two compartments. Each compartment is provided with spinner hook to accommodate the parts to be cleaned. While the blasting process is in progress in one compartment, loading and unloading can be done on the other compartment.

When the chamber is revolving to the next position, the shots flow will be stopped until the chamber stops rotating. The amount of shots can be adjusted as per the requirements. The blasting chamber is fabricated with high Wear resistant plates, which ensures longer life of the chamber. Dust collection system accompanied with the machine ensures pollution free operation.
