Rollover Stripping Device

Our Rollover machines are used along with automatic mould handling systems. These rollovers automatically strip of the pattern from the mould after the mould gets cured. The circular frame rotates and connects with a stub roller conveyor for mould intake & discharge. Total up and down movement of the conveyor is controlled by four strong Guide rods provided on the mainframe and the actuation is done by hydraulic cylinders for smooth operation.

The roll-over machines feature a pattern clamping mechanism, With the help of the hydraulic system, the patterns are drawn from the mould smoothly. Additional vibration action along with the draw sequence assist the mould stripping process ensuring faster stripping. Once the stripping process is over, the conveyor transfers the moulds to conveyor belt. Then the rollover rotates back to the home position and pattern is sent back to the mould line.
