Belt Conveyors

The Belt Conveyor is specially designed to convey the Sand from one point to another in the horizontal or inclined planes. The Conveyor is driven by a direct-drive geared motor that ensures high efficiency and less maintenance. As per requirement, Flat type or Trough type conveyors can be made with various lengths. Nylon/cotton belts are used depends upon the application and the place of use of the conveyors and the drive drum is rubberized and diamond profiles are made on the surface of the drum to prevent slippage. All conveyors are provided with primary and secondary cleaning device with auto adjustment for the wear of the cleaning head by which the sand spillage is eliminated to a greater extent.
