Our state-of-the-art cassette-type reverse pulse jet air cleaning system ensures efficient dust separation and continuous filtration. Dust-laden air enters the dirty-air compartment through a distribution manifold and flows downward through multiple filter cassettes into the clean-air compartment located in the lower chamber.
The filter cassettes are periodically cleaned by a reverse pulse jet mechanism, dislodging accumulated dust and maintaining filtration efficiency. The cleaning intervals and pulse duration are adjustable through a PLC-based control system, enabling optimized operation. The filtered air is discharged through exhaust chimneys at the specified heights, ensuring effective dust extraction and a cleaner working environment.
