HPML – Smart Mould

Smart Mould High Pressure Moulding Line

Description

The SSEC automatic horizontal high-pressure moulding machine’s (AMH) sand-shooting device uses the highly efficient horizontal aerated sand filling method. The sand flow direction is designed in such a way that the sand reaches even the shadow region of the mould, because of the special diverter plate proper sand filling is ensured which helps in achieving uniform mould hardness. This unique design also helps in preventing the sand from sticking on the pattern, which avoids erosion of the pattern, which in turn, increases the life of the pattern substantially.

Salient Features

•   User-friendly HMI touch screen and navigation interface for ease of operation.
•   Height of Cope and drag mould can be adjusted in single touch selection in HMI
•   High precision pattern separation and mould closing will avoid sand fall & high surface finish in casting.
•   Hydraulic squeezing leads to better mould stability.
•   Pattern change is easy since there is no bolt fixing.
•   The sand filling can be adjusted to High, Medium & Low to suit the different shapes of mould.
•   Any Fault in the system is self-diagnosed and automatically displayed in the panel make maintenance convenient.

Benefits

•   Small investment when compared with Vertical moulding machine.
•   The horizontal parting and pouring method give better yield.
•   Low mould cost.
•   Consistency in mould quality.
•   High productivity with low manpower
