Tumblast Machine

SSEC's Tumblast Cleaning Machines are specially designed for Small and Medium Size Castings in Batch Quantities. These machines are compact in design with high cleaning ability of the components. Hydraulically operated loaded delivers the component to the tumbling chamber, the tumbling chamber is consist of high abrasive, perforated rubber conveyor. During blasting process with closed condition of door, the belt conveyor rotates in forward direction and shots are thrown in high velocity and components get cleaned.

After completion of cycle, door gets opened automatically and the belt conveyor rotates in reverse direction, which helps to the components to unload from the tumbling chamber. From tumbling chamber, unloaded components are automatically discharged to the vibratory feeder conveyor and vibratory feeder conveyor delivers the components to the bin for easy handling.

These machines are highly suitable for Grey Iron Castings, Ductile iron castings, Precision Castings, Die Castings ,Forged Products & etc.,
