In the existing monorail / birail pouring systems manpower required is more, also it is not very safe for operation. The Auto Pouring System represents a follow-through product of SSEC’s R & D unit. This highly flexible pouring system is developed to meet the demands of applications with high-speed pouring levels.

The Auto Pouring System is based on a modular concept, using state-of-the-art servo drives and control technology with a weight-based pouring method. This technology varies possibilities in terms of layout due to its compact design and flexibility that can be combined with different pouring applications, Suitable for continuous and indexed moulding lines.
