It doses the calculated amount of water into the mix, and within moments, a pneumatic arm extracts a sample from the very same batch being processed. This sample undergoes aeration for uniformity and then enters a tightly controlled test sequence.

A precision pneumatic cylinder, fitted with a linear sensor, evaluates sand compatibility in real time. If the measurement is outside the set target, the system recalculates and automatically adjusts the water level — again, for that very same batch. This cycle can repeat up to three times, ensuring the sand meets exacting standards before it ever leaves the mixer.

Once compatibility is on point, the same batch is tested for compression strength, confirming its durability and readiness for casting. All data is logged and visualized on a smart, user-friendly HMI, enabling operators to monitor the process and make informed decisions instantly.
