Job Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the western region of India.
• Visit potential customer companies to discuss their needs and present suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Proactively follow up on sales leads and opportunities without requiring supervision.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Provide daily status reports to the management on lead progress and sales activities.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years & Above of experience in sales, in industrial machinery preferably in the foundry sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the eastern region of India.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluent communication in Hindi. Fluency in the regional languages is an advantage.
• Knowledge of productivity tools (Kanban) is an advantage.

Role Description
This is a full-time for an Quality Manager in Group of companies and is responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance processes within the organisation to ensure that all products, systems, and services meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements. This role includes developing and implementing quality management systems, managing audits, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance across all departments.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Quality Strategy & Leadership
o Develop and execute a strategic quality plan aligned with company goals.
o Lead cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives across departments.
o Establish and maintain a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
2. Quality Management System (QMS)
o Maintain and improve the company’s QMS in compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
o Ensure documentation control, process standardization, and system effectiveness.
o Lead and manage quality system audits (internal, customer, and third-party).
3. Process & Product Quality
o Monitor and control quality of incoming materials, in-process production, and final product.
o Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
o Review and approve engineering change notices (ECNs) and product/process changes.
4. Customer & Supplier Quality Management
o Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns and audits.
o Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
o Evaluate supplier performance and lead supplier quality improvement programs.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
o Use data analysis tools (e.g., SPC, Minitab) to evaluate quality performance.
o Generate reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting trends and risks.
o Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of quality processes.
6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
o Lead initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement tools.
o Identify areas of waste or inefficiency and implement improvement projects.
o Support cost-saving initiatives without compromising product or process quality.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and complex projects.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
