Description

Our dust collectors are comes with state of the art cassette type Reverse pulse jet Air cleaning systems which ensure positive removal of heavy dust particles. We offerFleet type and venturi type dust collection system, according to the application and volume of dust to be extracted.

Method of Operation

The dust laden air is passed through distribution manifold to the dirty air compartment in top of the chamber. The Air travels downwards through the No of Filter Cassettes, and get passes to clean air compartment in bottom chamber. The filtration of dust is done continuously, the filters cassettes are cleaned in regular intervals by the reverse pulse jet unit and cleaning intervals and pulsing time are adjusted in PLC control system.Clean air is exhausted through chimneys into the environment at required heights.
